Job Description

  • Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist Quantity Surveyor.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and inquiries &provide general support to members 

  • Assist to distribute messages, memos, forms, and emails.

  • Providing members with necessary forms; typing, word-processing, and proofing a range of documents.

  • Carrying out other related tasks as needed.
